We're kidding - we welcome people from different running clubs all the time! We're a running CREW not a club!

No, it's completely free. All coaches & committee team members volunteer their time. Occasionally we get race invitations, these can range from completely free to a fee. If money is a barrier, please get in touch with us.

We generally ask all attendees to be 18+. However, our coaches are all Leadership in Running Fitness (LiRF) accredited and have a DBS check alongside this qualification, therefore we have a Mafia Moves Next Gen session to support our younger runners.
